Le riesling : un vin d’Alsace

Riesling A

At Domaine Wach, we're particularly fan of Riesling. It accounts for half of our still wine production. Our "cuvées" have a predominantly dry balance. We like Alsace Riesling wines that are vibrant and crystalline.

Riesling A is Domaine Wach's flagship wine. It's an excellent introduction to our three Grands Crus. Located at the foot of the Grand Cru Wiebelsberg in Andlau, it is characterized by sandy-gravelly soil.

This dry white develops aromas of squeezed lemon. Fresh, mineral and long on the palate. Its balance gives it a good ageing potential.

At the table, it goes well with grilled fish or fish in sauce, fresh goat's cheese, or traditional sauerkraut...with fish!
