Vins rares

The VT mention completes the Alsace or Alsace Grand Cru appellation. It corresponds to very strict specifications. Harvesting late in the season enables us to select grapes that are over-ripe, developing intense aromas and higher residual sugar levels. The addition of sugar to the must (chaptalization) is forbidden.  

Like a VT, SGN is a guarantee of quality associated with rigorous winemaking. It also completes the appellation Alsace or Alsace Grand Cru. Highly affected by noble rot (Botrytis Cinerea), the wine is powerful, complex and particularly well-suited to ageing.

An original "cuvée" created in the spirit of an ice wine. The fruity aromas that fill the glass come from the concentration of sugars in jelly. The wine is sweet and tangy. The bottles are numbered to mark the rarity of the product.
